Arkansas
Arkansas is home to just one Frank Lloyd Wright design: the Bachman-Wilson House at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville.
Originally designed in 1954 for Gloria Bachman and Abraham Wilson and constructed along the Millstone River in New Jersey, the house was carefully relocated and reconstructed at Crystal Bridges in 2013 after years of flooding threatened its survival. The home is a classic example of Wright’s late Usonian work, emphasizing natural materials, open planning, and a strong connection between architecture and landscape. While not originally built in Arkansas, its relocation has given the state a rare opportunity to experience one of Wright’s residential designs in person.
Arkansas has 1 (one) Wright sites in total.
