Cancellation Policies

Photography Workshops

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50 precent refund if canceled on or before 45 days prior to deadline date.

  • No refund will be granted if canceled less than 45 days prior to deadline date.

NOTE: Deadline date is determined by the hotel's 'Room Block Cut-Off Date', not date of the workshop.

Photography Tours

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50 precent refund if canceled on or before 30 days prior to Tour start date.

  • No refund will be granted if cancelled within 30 days of Tour start date.

One-on-One Sessions

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50 precent refund if canceled on or before 21 days prior to Session date.

  • No refund will be granted if cancelled within 21 days of Session date.

NOTE: We will do our best to re-schedule your One-on-One session with you rather than cancel if possible.
