GuraGear City Commuter 18L+ Camera Backpack Review & Follow up [4K Video]

Super excited to be teamed up with GuraGear again to test out their City Commuter 18L+ backpack.

I have used it for over 6 months as my primary bag taking it on shoots around the world.

The GuraGear City Commuter is designed for the urban explorer but I took it farther and also tested it internationally on a two week trip to Berlin (links to photos and more are at the bottom of this article).

It took a beating on planes, airports, buses, taxis and trails, it got beat up to say the least. In the end? Super impressed.

Minus a few small changes, I was blown away by its durability and function. I have full confidence this backpack can get your gear safely to any location around the world.

Highlights from the review:

  • All GuraGear packs are made of X-PAC® materials, the most light-weight, durable, and water-resistant fabric

  • Features magnetic pods on pockets

  • Water bottle test … GuraGear nailed it!

  • GPS tag pouch for if you get separated from your bag

  • Quick access shooting side pocket

  • Large loop on pull zippers

  • Strap for roller luggage

  • Roll top feature for expandable storage space (fits DJI Mavic Pro 2 and smart controller)
